Splintered Metal: Tabletop Arena

Splintered Metal: Tabletop Arena is a 1 on 1 card and miniatures based board game. Each player takes turns moving their miniature into a favorable position and playing cards to deal damage to their opponent until one player’s armor reaches 0 (denoted by the ! symbol).

---How to play---

Recharge Phase: Both players set their energy to max, discard their hand, and draw 5 cards.

Movement Phase: Both players move their Mech one space on the grid, and lose one battery.

Combat Phase: Both players set an action card face down then both players flip their cards at the same time. If the opponent is in a space your card hits (Denoted by the \!/ tiles relative to your Mech) they take damage. Both players lose their card’s Energy Cost in Energy.

End Phase: If any player still has Energy both players return to the movement phase. If both players have 0 Energy both players return to the Recharge Phase.

Included are 3d printing .stl files to create actual miniatures, and tokens, but I've also included 2d pictures of them so players can just print them out on a paper printer, and glue them to some cardboard to make them stand up.

The ComWal is just the first in a long list of mechs I have planned. Each with a different deck so players can decide how they want to play after trying the game with the ComWal.
